Chefity privacy
Chefity, Chefity Chef, and Gather share one account. We process account and contact details, orders and payments, cook and host eligibility, user content, safety reports, device registrations, approximate location when requested, and support records to operate and protect these services.
Launch access and first-party measurement
If you join a Chefity launch list, we store your email, role, ZIP code, source, and consent time to manage ZIP-specific availability and launch communications. Chefity also records first-party product events such as landing views, ZIP submissions, inventory results, cook views, offering selections, checkout, payment, fulfillment, and repeat activity. Public web events use random browser and session identifiers and a restricted set of non-sensitive properties; email addresses and full ZIP codes are not placed in analytics event properties.
Control and retention
You can update your profile, manage notification permissions, request a copy through support, or delete the shared account in any app or on the web. Payment, dispute, fraud-prevention, safety, launch-interest, and analytics records may be retained only for an approved legal period; public identity, exact home locations, device tokens, and private media are removed during finalization.
Sharing and security
We use contracted payment, identity, moderation, hosting, notification, analytics, and support providers only for defined purposes. We do not sell personal information or use cross-app tracking. Exact addresses are limited to participants who need them.
This draft must be approved and supplied with the operating entity, jurisdiction, retention schedule, California privacy disclosures, and privacy contact before public release.
