Chefity terms

Chefity connects customers with independent cooks for physical food and in-person services. Chefity Chef is the cook operations app. Gather is a separate community experience for shared home meals. Users must be eligible account holders and provide accurate information.

Marketplace and payments

Menus, allergens, availability, prices, cancellations, refunds, payout timing, and service terms shown at checkout form part of each transaction. Cooks remain responsible for food, licensing, safety, tax, and service obligations applicable in their market.

Community content and conduct

Illegal, unsafe, deceptive, discriminatory, harassing, exploitative, or rights-infringing content and conduct are prohibited. Users can report and block others. We may hold, remove, limit, suspend, or preserve content and accounts, provide an appeal where appropriate, and cooperate with lawful requests.

These terms require legal approval and jurisdiction-specific entity, dispute, liability, and consumer-rights provisions before public release.
